ANGE POSTECOGLOU won't be following Mikel Arteta's blueprint for success because you can't copy a Picasso.
Tottenham boss Postecoglou gears up for his first North London derby tomorrow determined to be his own man.
The popular Aussie is a big fan of Arteta's and even met him briefly on a fact-finding mission to Manchester City when the Spaniard was coaching at the Etihad.
Comparisons have also been drawn between the two men because they both have similar attacking philosophies.
But the former Celtic gaffer said: "If you're an artist and you see a Picasso, yes you can copy it but it's not going to be a Picasso is it? "It's the same with football.
You can see that somebody does something really well but you have to bring your own personality into it. I have great admiration for the way he's gone about things and how he's stuck to his beliefs. It's a credit to him.
