DAVID Walliams and Britain’s Got Talent’s bitter legal fight may have been resolved but insiders warn the former judge may never work on the show again.

The 52-year-old received an apology and a payout believed to be around £1million – his annual salary on the ITV hit – after his X-rated jibes aimed at BGT contestants were leaked.

Show producers Fremantle claimed the case ended amicably and it hoped to work with Walliams, who quit last November, again in the future.

But one TV source claimed that was unlikely after the fall-out, adding: “Never say never in showbiz but it’s going to take a lot of water under the bridge for that to happen.

“This has left a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths.”
