BBC presenter Jay Blades has been charged with engaging in controlling or coercive behaviour towards his wife.
The 54-year-old, whose shows include The Repair Shop, appeared in court yesterday and was bailed on condition he does not contact Lisa Zbozen.
An episode of Blades' show with actor Sir David JasonDavid & Jay's Touring Toolshed was axed from last night's BBC1 schedule.
Blades' alleged offence is said to have taken place between January 1, 2023, and April 9 this year. He married Lisa at a beachfront villa in Barbados in November 2022.
Fitness instructor Lisa announced on her Instagram page in May that the pair's relationship had ended.
