SCOTS boxing hero Willie Limond was last night fighting for his life after a suspected seizure.
The former WBU champion is understood to be in a critical condition after falling ill with an unknown condition.
It comes as the former British and Commonwealth super lightweight champion was due to come back from retirement for a third time next month.
Fans have been awaiting anxiously for updates.

Fan Ryan Coyle said: “ Willie has the utmost respect from everyone in the boxing community.” And another wrote: “I ’ ll pray for him.”
