Bad cops leading us a merry dance

I REMEMBER reading a story last summer that branded a few cops a “disgrace”. 

Not a surprise headline, you would think, what with recent tales about the police.

Why were they a disgrace, you ask? Was it because they abused their power? Or were accused of rape or murder?

No, it’s because... wait for it... they were dancing.

The five officers were seen jigging along to Run-DMC’s 1983 song It’s Like That at a community event in north London, pictured above right.

“How dare they?”, shouted a bunch of puffy-faced angry pundits. “How dare they dance! Arrest them at once!”
