A PING pong poltergeist put the willies up telly presenter Yvette Fielding.

The ghost hunter, 53, rates the encounter among the scariest she has faced in two decades of paranormal investigations.

Former Blue Peter host Yvette has appeared in a string of shows about things that go bump in the night, including Most Haunted and Celebrity Ghost Stories.

And at times she has feared her work could push her to breaking point. Of the terrifying table tennis-loving spook she said: “It was a house on a council estate.
