CHARITIES are missing out on vital funds as hard-up folk prioritise paying bills.
Almost a fifth of people say they would be likely to reduce what they give to good causes to help manage their money.
The Charities Aid Foundation said its latest UK Giving Report suggested "worrying and permanent change in charitable activity" across the country.
