ANDY MURRAY is a huge fitness doubt for his final Wimbledon after revealing he had "no coordination" before pulling out of the cinch Championships with a back injury.

Asked if he will be able to play at his home Grand Slam, which starts on July 1, the three-time Grand Slam champion said: "I wouldn't know."

Murray won his first ATP Tour match since March in the first round on Tuesday but was back on Centre Court less than 24 hours later.

And he lasted only 23 minutes against Aussie Jordan Thompson before retiring with "neural pain" in his lower back.

It is the first time Murray, who had a metal hip fitted in 2019, has retired from a match since the 2013 Rome Masters.
