BEN DUCKETT says working with coach Brendon McCullum has taken his game to a new level - because 'Bazball' has removed the fear factor.

Depleted England go into the Metro Bank One-Day International against Australia at Headingley under the cosh.

But Duckett believes their Kiwi mentor's decision to go all in as coach of both the Test and limited-overs teams from January will provide another "breath of fresh air".

Duckett was one of the few to emerge from Thursday night's seven-wicket drubbing at Trent Bridge in credit after his 95 should have been the foundation for a huge total.
