ADULTS struggle to pay attention to what they're doing for more than about 19 minutes.
A poll of 2,000 people revealed the average time people think they can concentrate on various tasks.
We can manage to keep focused on a conversation with our other half for 19 minutes and 17 seconds, but in a work meeting that drops to just 17 minutes and 36 seconds.
