WATER has been discovered on an asteroid's surface for the first time and it may help us find aliens.
Scientists hope the discovery will help them work out where to look for E.T.
Dr Anicia of Southwest Institute, said: "The distribution of water in our solar system will provide insight into the distribution of water in other solar systems.
"And, because water is neces sary for all life on Earth, will drive where to look for potential life, both in our solar system and beyond."
