DOMINIC CALVERT-LEWIN claims Everton fans are right to criticise him because he shares their passion for the Blues.
Calvert-Lewin came under fire from the diehard Gwladys Street End at Goodison Park because of his 23-game goal drought as the Toffees slipped closer to the drop zone.
But the striker came good, scoring four times in five games, to help the Blues secure safety, despite their eight-point deduction for breaching the Premier League's PSR laws.
At 27, Calvert-Lewin is mature enough to know they care deeply for the club and says he shares their feelings after clocking up eight years as Everton's No.9.
