MEGHAN'S mother broke down in tears as she told the Netflix documentary how the Duchess of Sussex had contemplated taking her own life while living in Britain.
Doria Ragland said she felt she "could not protect" her daughter when she experienced suicidal thoughts.
In the fourth episode of Harry and Meghan's explosive six-part documentary series for Netflix, the duchess said she became deeply unhappy after moving to the UK.
"It was like 'all of this will stop if I am not here"," she said.
"And that was the scariest thing about it because it was such clear thinking."
A tearful Ms Ragland described the difficulty of knowing her daughter was suffering without being able to help.
