SIR Ian McKellen could be back at work as early as tomorrow after being treated for his injuries following his fall from a West End stage.
The 85-year-old fell "belly flop fashion" at the Noel Coward Theatre where he is appearing in Player Kings, an adaptation of Shakespeare's Henry IV parts one and two. One audience member said they heard the veteran star, who plays John Falstaff, yell out "help me...my arms" after he tripped.
