VLADIMIR PUTIN'S forces launched a fresh barrage of strikes on Ukrainian cities early today as the Russian president continued his strategy of targeting critical civilian infrastructure.
Ukraine's authorities reported strikes on the capital Kyiv as well as Kharkiv in the east and Zaporizhzhia to the south, cutting power and water supplies in some cities.
The barrage comes two days after Russia accused Ukraine of a drone attack on its Black Sea Fleet off the coast of the annexed Crimean peninsula.
