PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI will chair the fourth national conference of chief secretaries in Delhi on Saturday-Sunday to prepare a common development agenda and the blueprint for a cohesive action in partnership with the states.

Chief secys' meet to focus on development agenda

The conference will delve into six core areas: Manufacturing, services, rural non-farm, urban, renewable energy, and circular economy. The overarching theme of the conference is 'Promoting Entrepreneurship, Employment & Skilling - Leveraging the Demographic Dividend'.

Special sessions to be held on frontier technology for Viksit Bharat, developing cities as economic growth hubs, economic reforms in states for investment & growth and capacity building through mission karmayogi.
