While many famous films are followed by sequels, Dutta is firm on keeping the iconic love story a standalone masterpiece. "I think Veer Zaara should just be Veer Zaara," she shares. "I don't know what the makers think. But I feel there shouldn't be a sequel. I would love to remember Veer Zaara as just that...directed by (filmmaker) Yash Chopra and written by (screenwriter) Aditya Chopra," she adds.
