NEW DELHI: The south-west monsoon, which usually arrives in Kerala on June 1, will be further delayed from even the estimated date of June 4, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Saturday.
The weather bureau's prediction on the arrival of the June to September rainy season has an error margin of plus minus four days, director general M Mohapatra said. "Our forecast had specifically kept an error margin of +/- four days, so we stick with that," he said.
