A VIDEO has emerged of the shocking moment Wexford hurler Lee Chin was racially abused by a spectator at a charity match.

Tipperary and Wexford met on Saturday in a challenge game in Carrickon-Suir but the match was blown up early after abuse aimed at Chin could be heard coming from a supporter from the stands.

The incident prompted a furious reaction from the Wexford player's teammates several of whom challenged the male who shouted the racial abuse telling him "it's not on".

The 40-second video, taken from the sideline, shows both teams gathered on the pitch and sideline when one spectator is heard aiming the abuse at Chin shouting: "Hey f*****g Chinaman, hey f*****g Chinaman you started it.
