LA PETITE COCO can strike Group 1 gold for Paddy Twomey in the Alwasmiyah Pretty Polly Stakes at the Curragh today.
The feature event on the concluding day of the Derby Festival has attracted a good line-up and a case could be made for the majority of the nine-runner field.
However, the vote goes to Twomey's charge following her brilliant three-year-old season where she did nothing but improve.
On her final start last season she produced a superb effort to down the Group 1-winning pair of Love and Thundering Nights in the Blandford Stakes over this course and distance.
