WHEN Nick Fisher first contacted 'the most feared man in Britain, he thought he might be in trouble.
After releasing a comedy guide to working out called Gym'll Fix It in 2015, Stockport writer Nick decided to delve into one of Dave Courtney's books.
But as he read Stop the Ride, I Want to Get Off, which had been written 15 years earlier, Nick started to get a familiar feeling. "When I read through the book there were similar things I had put in that were in his," Nick told the M.E.N.
"I sent him an email saying 'I've not copied your stuff, it's just some of these things are very similar."
After receiving the email, Dave decided to call Nick.
