Regan Tierney, 27, was found dead at her Salford home in June 2019. Her expartner Daniel Patten, 31, also found with critical injuries, died two days later in hospital.
During the course of their 10-year relationship, Regan was subjected to coercive and controlling behaviour, intimidation, verbal abuse, physical violence and threats.
Police investigating at the time said they were treating the deaths as a murder-suicide At a hearing days after the five-year anniversary of Regan's death, representatives for the family said it was 'a very raw and upsetting' time. Her loved ones have previously criticised lengthy delays in the coronial proceedings.
