He admitted: "Obviously you want to keep the momentum going. But the good thing is that the majority of our team have continued to race, so they won't have lost their sharpness.
"I think everyone wants it to be raced and hopefully get some success and reward after it. It's obviously been a frustrating wait for everyone concerned.
"It's a long season and the boys need to just lift themselves for one last push."
