WHEN Olivia Malone shares old photos of herself on her Facebook page, even family and friends struggle to believe it's the same woman.
For Olivia, 25, has had an incredible transformation after shedding over eight stone and slimming from a size 24 down to a size 10.
Her success has been so impressive that she now inspires others who are looking to shape up too. She ditched fad diets to instead educate herself on nutrition, and was inspired by fitness workouts she saw on Instagram.
Olivia, from Irlam, Salford, blames her weight gain on her unhealthy eating habits during her student days, first studying for her undergraduate degree in Huddersfield and then post-graduate in Salford. She would snack on meal deals for her lunch, then order takeaways in the evening before boozy nights out with friends.
