DETECTIVES have launched an attempted murder investigation after a group of men were shot at in a targeted attack.
Greater Manchester Police is continuing to appeal for information following the incident on the Stockport Road in Ardwick.
The terrifying incident happened at around 3 pm on Thursday when it is believed that a male got out of a dark-colored Mercedes, before firing several shots towards a group of men close to the Apollo Theatre.
No injuries were reported at the scene, but a car was hit during the incident.
