MILLIONAIRE businessman Lawrence Jones has been found guilty of drugging and raping two young women in his flat.
Jones, the founder of huge Manchester tech company UK Fast, was accused of assaulting the two women in the 1990s while he was a piano player in pubs and hotels across the city.
He denied all wrongdoing but after a three-week trial was convicted. Jurors were unanimous in their decision to find him guilty of two counts of rape.
The 55-year-old, who was made an MBE in 2015, will now face justice at a sentencing hearing scheduled for December 1.
Manchester Crown Court heard how Jones, then in his 20s, called.
