AFTER months of speculation, it has been confirmed that the famous Stockport Pyramid will be turning into a curry house.
Award-winning restaurant chain Royal Nawaab revealed earlier this year that they were in talks over a deal with owners of the iconic blue towering building on Yew Street, which has stood empty for more than five years now.
In July, Royal Nawaab said it wanted to turn the 4.5 acres site into its next Indian restaurant and banqueting hall.
The company was behind the Nawaab restaurant and banqueting hall on Stockport Road in Levenshulme from 2003 until earlier this year when it changed hands to Merzee.
