Through the acquisition, the Pune-based startup plans to use Trackon's franchisee network to diversify into the small and medium enterprises sector.
"Our partnership with Xpressbees enables us to scale up our business and reach. We will be able to expand our service lines to our existing clients," said P. K. Anand, chairman and managing director, Trackon.
Founded in 2002, Trackon provides express delivery services in India and overseas. It claims to handle 200,000 consignments currently while serving over 5000 pin codes.
