Meghan's comic cure for podcast
Sunday Express|October 02, 2022
THE Duchess of Sussex is turning to comedy for her podcast, in what may be a bid to renew her public image and that of her husband Prince Harry.

A senior studio production executive yesterday said the move could prove “an inspired step away” from “her usual process of using any opportunity to deliver virtue- signalling political lectures to bewildered viewers”.

Meghan will interview stand-up star, Hollywood actress and activist Margaret Cho for a new episode of Archetypes on Spotify this Tuesday.

And the Sunday Express can reveal she has booked two other US female comedians.

She and Prince Harry are also reportedly attempting to edit their planned Netflix series “to make it kinder to the Royal Family” after spending time with The Firm following the Queen’s death.

The series had been expected to launch before Christmas but is now unlikely to appear until next year as the couple are said to be “keen to remove or soften much of what they have said about the King and Queen Consort and Prince and Princess of Wales”, according to one report.
