Allahabad High Court Rejects PIL Seeking Clarification From UP Government That It Is Not Working Under BJP's Command

The Supreme Court in the case Manjesh Kumar Yadav vs. State of U.P. and 3 others observed and has dismissed the Public Interest Litigation, PIL petition filed seeking a direction to the state government to clarify that it not working under the commands of the Bharatiya Janata Party, BJP.

The Public Interest Litigation, PIL petition filed by Advocate Manjesh Kumar Yadav, referred to a statement the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Keshav Prasad Maurya, made last month during a one-day state working committee meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party, BJP.

Maurya had stated that, (the party or organisation (referring to the Bharatiya Janata Party) is bigger than the Government).
