The Delhi High Court in the case Kalawati v. The State Govt Of NCT Of Delhi observed and has rejected the petition filed by a mother seeking registration of FIR into her daughter's death in 2013 which being pursuant to an alleged political conspiracy which involves former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Kumar Vishwas and other Aam Aadmi Party, AAP workers.
The bench headed by Justice Neena Bansal Krishna in the case observed and has dismissed the petition filed by Kalawati who challenged the trial court order passed last year wherein the court rejected the application filed by her seeking registration of First Information Report, FIR under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
It has been alleged by the Kalawati in her complaint filed in the year 2022 that she believed that her daughter was murdered by people like Arvind Kejriwal, Kumar Vishwas, Vandana, Kuldeep Pawar, Gaurav, Pankaj etc. because she hailed from backward class. She also alleged that people like Arvind Kejriwal got political benefit from the death of her daughter.
