GEHLOT AT HELM OF AMETHI BATTLE LEAVES NOTHING TO CHANCE

Amethi and Rae Bareli seats are two strong footholds of Congress and the the party is pulling out all stops to ensure victory here.

The responsibility of recapturing Amethi has been given to prominent Rajasthani leaders.

Under the leadership of former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, his entire team has taken control of every assembly constituency. While being in-charge of Gujarat in the year 2017, Gehlot had worked on this strategy and brought the party into competition.

In Amethi also, a similar strategy has been devised and all efforts have been made to ensure victory. Gehlot himself is keeping an eye on every assembly seat. The party has made him the senior observer of Amethi seat.

Priyanka Gandhi herself is continuously campaigning on Amethi and Rae Bareli seats and monitoring them.

Last time Rahul Gandhi had lost the election from Amethi seat. This time the party has fielded Kishori Lal Sharma in the electoral fray. This seat has become a prestige seat for the party, hence Priyanka herself is also taking the lead.

Priyanka Gandhi continues to criticize the Modi government during the elections, while Gehlot also seizes every opportunity to voice his opinions.
