The present matter was listed by Senior Advocate Sanjay Hedge for urgent listing before the bench comprising of Justice BR Gavai and Justice AG Masih in respect of the third round of the NEET-PG exam and sought that the matter be heard soon.
The counsel appearing for the respondent informed the court that the counselling for the 3rd ground had already commenced and in fact has ended on January 4.
The bench headed by Justice Gavai stated that this court would not be able to hear the matter today as they are already in the middle of hearing another matter and asked the counsel to mention the matter tomorrow.
The bench of Justice Gavai stated that, 'Just ask someone to mention the matter tomorrow. If counselling is over, we will dispose of the matter. It is not like we will order fresh counselling.'
