₹8 cr unpaid dues for pharma supplies: Directors of firm booked for trust breach

The directors of a private firm, Prizam Alliance Pvt Ltd, have been booked for allegedly cheating and breaching the trust of another firm, Vinay Pharma, by not paying pending dues amounting to nearly Rs8 crore for procuring pharmaceutical goods.

A case has been registered at Mulund police station. The complaint was filed by Urvish Thosani, a partner of Vinay Pharma, a Mulund West-based firm that specialises in procuring pharmaceutical raw materials.
