Anil Dhirubhai Ambani (born 4 June 1959 at 22.30 IST at Mumbai) is an Indian businessman, chairman, and managing director of Reliance Group (a.k.a. Reliance ADA Group). He led several listed corporations, including Reliance Capital, Reliance Infrastructure, Reliance Power, and Reliance Communications. Ambani, once the sixth richest person in the world, declared bankruptcy before a UK court in February 2020.

Analysis:

The Ascendant rising is Capricorn at 7.31 degrees in the nakshatra of Uttarashada lorded by Sun. The Sun is the 8th lord which signifies the downfall and setbacks.
