Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi made a significant contribution by donating 50 lakh on his behalf, along with an additional 50 lakh on behalf of his son, Ram Charan. Chiranjeevi personally handed over both cheques to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at his residence in Jubilee Hills here on Monday.
