The Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority (NRDA) has allocated 141.84 acres of land in Sector 22, Village Tuta, to the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation (CSIDC) for the project.

The initiative has received the approval of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, reflecting the state government's commitment to enhancing healthcare facilities and promoting industrial growth.
