More skeletons have started to tumble out in Mollywood following the release of the Justice Hema Committee that went into the sexual harassment faced by women in Malayalam film industry.

In a new development, senior Bengali actor Sreelekha Mitra on Monday evening filed a formal complaint of sexual harassment against noted Malayalam actor Ranjit. The complaint was sent via email to Kochi City Police Commissioner.

In the complaint, the actor gave graphic details of how Ranjit made sexual advances at his flat in Kadavanthara in Kochi where she was called for an audition. As soon as she sensed the moves of Ranjit as sexual in orientation, she fled the flat and approached fellow director Joshi who helped her with an air ticket back to Kolkata.

Sreelekha's complaint followed Ranjit's threat to file a case against her for making false statements. At first, she had said she was not interested in pursuing a legal option.
