Anjuman-I-Islam Allana English leg spinner Abdur Rahman Khan bagged a six-wicket haul for 36 runs to help Matunga Premier School bowl out for 117 in 40.4 overs at Karnatak CC in the third Round of Super League of the 128th Harris Shield U-16 MSSA Cricket Tournament 2024-2025. Amandeep Singh Keerat scored 38 runs for the Matunga side.
In reply, Anjuman Allana batted well and took a first innings lead scoring 199-8 after 43 overs. Batter Arhaan Patel scored 58 and was ably supported by Prabhat Pandey 33 and Afzal Sheikh 33*. Left arm spinner Animesh Ghorpade snapped up 4/60 while medium pacer Aaryan Kumar picked three wickets. At stumps on day 1, the Allana lead by 82 runs.
