A PUBLIC toilet block at a city park and ride which has been missing locks on its doors for months on end is finally being fixed, Plymouth City Council has confirmed.
Safety concerns had been raised at the beginning of April, after several people reported the missing locks at Coypool Park and Ride. One resident said people had been left 'mad and disgusted' at the ongoing issues and felt they were being ignored.
A council spokesperson said it was aware of the problem but claimed the delay was down to 'an issue with the contractor's supply chain, and, apologising for the delay, added the contractors hope to make 'the necessary repairs' next week.
