The Sierra Leone international joined the Pilgrims from Belgian club Anderlecht at the end of the 2023 summer transfer window and has already had three short spells on the sidelines due to injuries Otherwise, he has thoroughly enjoyed his first six months at Home Park.
Bundu made just his fourth start for Argyle when he was brought into the side for the 1-1 draw away to Blackburn Rovers last Saturday and is likely to get his fifth against Preston North End at Home Park today.
He first suffered a hamstring injury during the 3-2 defeat away to Ipswich Town in late October and then a badly gashed shin during a 3-2 home win against Rotherham United in December.
In each of those matches he played as a substitute for Ryan Hardie after he had been injured. Bundu then sustained a calf strain in the 1-1 FA Cup fourth-round draw away to Leeds United at the end of January.
Reflecting on his time at Argyle, Bundu said: "I have enjoyed every minute of it, in terms of how welcoming everyone is in the club, around the city. It's a very family-like club. On the pitch I have given it my best when I have had the chance but, obviously, I have had some bumps in the road with my injuries and the timing that they have come.
