Kaston Campbell recently had the VIP treatment at a Plymouth City Patriots basketball game and would love to have more chances to try new things.
Kaston was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in July 2020 after his mother, Jenifer, found a small pin-prick rash on him. The little boy now receives daily chemotherapy, monthly IV chemotherapy and 12 weekly lumbar punctures as part of his three-and-a-half-year treatment plan.
Jenifer says Kaston is "something else" and does his best to live a normal life, even going straight to school after lumbar punctures so he did not miss his Christmas dinner.
When Kaston was first diagnosed in 2020, he had to be kept inside as much as possible due to being extremely vulnerable to Covid-19. Jenifer said he lost such a significant part of his childhood and she now wants him to make the most of his "well days"
