Charity is set to benefit thanks to city restaurant

A CHARITY fundraiser event with all proceeds going to the children's charity Jeremiah's Journey has been organised by a city restaurant, helped by the huge generosity of one of its customers.

Cosmic Live will be held at Plymouth's Cosmic Kitchen on Friday, July 12. The event has been made possible through a donation to Cosmic Kitchen's 2021 Kickstarter campaign, originally launched by its founders, Gabriela and Lucia Evangelou, to try to make their vegan restaurant more sustainable.

The campaign's largest 'reward' scheme offered a gift voucher redeemable against a tailored event to be organised at the venue.

Patrick donated £5,000 and asked that the restaurant would host a Cosmic Live fundraiser in aid of Jeremiah's Journey.
