A PLYMOUTH great-grandfather who dedicated years of his life to fundraising for charity – including dressing as Santa for two decades – made one final gesture before he died at the end of May.
Edward Killone, who died on May 31, aged 82, raised a total of £78,000 through a range of charity events for the community over the years.
His final gesture was to ask people to donate to Macmillan Cancer Support instead of buying flowers for his funeral.
