PLYMOUTH diving sensation Tom Daley yesterday confirmed his retirement from the sport at the age of 30, following his final Olympic appearance at the Paris 2024 Games.
The Team GB star, who now has a full set of Olympic medals after claiming silver in Paris, has made it clear that he will not be competing in the upcoming Los Angeles 2028 Games, giving emotional interviews as he returned to the UK from France yesterday.
Daley secured a silver medal in Paris alongside his 10m platform partner Noah Williams, having been persuaded to make one last splash on the international stage.
