A FORMER bomb shelter – with its own parking space – near Torpoint is being auctioned with a guide price of £25,000.
The quirky, half-underground box is among 179 lots in the latest sale by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers. The shelter measures 13m by 3m inside, while its parking space is on a long lease in the nearby Morweth View car park.
