A PLYMOUTH man en-route to Australia is currently in a hospital bed in Bali after suffering serious injuries from a motorbike accident.
Louis Swift, who was born and raised in Plymouth, was aiming to work down under, stopping off as he travelled with friends. The 27-year-old former All Saints Academy student was involved in a motorbike accident on Tuesday October 1, although his friend Abby said he has little memory of exactly what happened due to the nature of his injuries to his head.
His girlfriend, who he met in Bali during a previous visit to the region, said she received a call from a taxi driver to say Louis was found by the side of the road and that there was a lot of loose gravel on the road which may have resulted in the crash.
