PLANS to transform an iconic former Plymouth nightclub and bring it back to life have been approved.
Planners have given the go ahead for a scheme for the change of use of the former C103 building on Union Street - which was hit by a fire last year - for a mixed use development.
The plans would turn the former nightclub into the offices of children and Family centred charity (Jeremiah’s Journey), an Aeroponics and Mushroom Farm, and social Enterprise spaces.
A plastic Recycling Business, retail and offices, and Hireable Space/Coworking spaces are also planned.
