A PLYMOUTH block of student flats is on sale for £2.45 million.
The five-storey Victorian pile known as The Square is in North Road East, opposite the University of Plymouth.
The freehold for what is described as a “prime student investment” is on the market and is projected to earn an income of £260,000 in the 2023/24 academic year. Stratton Creber Commercial, the agent which is marketing the end-of-terrace building, said it has been fully let in previous years.
The building was converted in 2013 into two flats and 23 studio apartments. In total, there are 34 rooms, with one of the flats having five bedrooms and another having six. There are also 10 parking spaces.
