The boss of The Range and Wilko homeware stores hasn't ridden for 20 years but he's returning to his beloved motocross in aid of children's charity NSPCC.
Mr Dawson will take part in the famous Farleigh Castle Vets Motocross Event, the UK's biggest vintage motocross event, with a crowd of 25,000 spectators expected to attend. He will be riding his classic BSA Victor 440cc GPX works 1965 bike in a two-lap race described as "not for the faint-hearted", where he will face off against racing superstar Graham Noyce, the 1979 World and British Motocross Champion.
